Why you will love working with us: • Competitive pay with a sign on bonus • Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision) • 401(k) with Company Match • Opportunities for career growth and continuing education (tuition reimbursement) • Paid time off and flexible scheduling • Employee Referral Bonus • A supportive, collaborative, and positive work culture Key Responsibilities: • Lead, supervise, and coordinate the nursing team to provide high-quality, efficient, and compassionate care in the freestanding ER. • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, including state, federal, and accrediting agencies. • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource management to meet operational needs. • Provide direct leadership in patient care delivery, collaborating with physicians, support staff, and administration. • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting professional development and team cohesion. • Manage quality improvement initiatives, patient satisfaction, and outcomes monitoring. • Ensure proper training and orientation of new staff members. • Participate in developing and implementing departmental policies, procedures, and protocols. • Maintain budgetary oversight, ensuring effective use of resources and cost control. • Handle conflict resolution, patient/family concerns, and operational challenges effectively. • Stay current with advancements in ER nursing practice and healthcare technologies. Qualifications: • Registered Nurse (RN) with active state licensure. • BSN required; MSN or advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in emergency nursing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. • Strong knowledge of emergency care protocols, best practices, and regulatory standards. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a high-performing team. • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems. • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required (or ability to obtain).
