Qualifications: • Registered Nurse (RN) with active state licensure. • BSN required; MSN or advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in emergency nursing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. • Strong knowledge of emergency care protocols, best practices, and regulatory standards. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a high-performing team. • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems. • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required (or ability to obtain).
