The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients, whether they are residing in a home, assisted living facility, or group home setting. This role requires a blend of personal care skills, patience, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including seniors and individuals with developmental disabilities. Duties • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients. • Support clients with mobility needs, including the use of assistive devices like Hoyer lifts. • Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote cognitive function and social interaction.
