Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
• Proficiency with computers and comfort using various software applications, including CRM systems.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
