This role requires a deep understanding of QuickBooks Online, as well as strong bookkeeping, customer service, and technical skills. Responsibilities • Provide complex bookkeeping guidance to QuickBooks Online small business owners via video and audio tools in a way that is professional, friendly, and reassuring • Create high-quality customer interactions and experiences that instill confidence using deep customer empathy, and your deep knowledge and expertise in the customer-facing role • Guide small business owners on best practices and optimal utilization of the QuickBooks Online platform • Review information input by small business owners for accuracy and provide insights on their data • Research regulations to support guidance Apply Job!
