Bookkeeper / Accountant (Part-Time, Remote)

We’re looking for a reliable Bookkeeper / Accountant to support our growing service-based business. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced with U.S.-based accounting and payroll. Responsibilities • Handle payments and payroll 1–2 times per week • Manage monthly bookkeeping • Set up and organize our accounting system (QuickBooks, Puzzle, or a preferred platform) • Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records • Support tax filing and compliance under U.S. laws (additional compensation available for tax-related work) Requirements Proven experience as a bookkeeper or accountant Pay • $10–$15 per hour, based on experience • Additional compensation available for tax filing and related services Schedule • Part-time • Ongoing, long-term opportunity • Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting and tax regulations • Experience with service-based businesses • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Puzzle, or similar accounting tools • Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines How to Apply Please apply with a brief summary of your experience, the accounting tools you use, and your availability.
