About the position Responsibilities • Answer client requests and complete transactions to resolve client needs. • Assist external employers' 401(k) plan participants with account and plan information. • Handle regulatory or tax-related issues via inbound phone calls and written communication. • Provide support for financial and clerical transactions. • Escalate issues as necessary. Requirements • Bilingual in Spanish and English. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. • Ability to complete the SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) exam and obtain Series 6 & 63 FINRA licenses within department guidelines. • Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills. • Customer-facing and/or inbound phone experience. • Financial acumen and communication skills. Nice-to-haves • Entry-level experience in a customer service role. • A learner's mentality and an appetite for financial knowledge.
