About the position Responsibilities • Negotiate payment arrangements from significantly delinquent customers. • Work with vendors to ensure Capital One collateral is located and retrieved as necessary. • Utilize skip tracing tools to locate customers successfully. • Manage an assigned group of accounts using queue management skills. Requirements • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification. • At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite. • At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service. • Fluent in both English and Spanish. Nice-to-haves • At least 1 year of collections or repossession experience. • At least 2 years of Auto Finance experience. • At least 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
