Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take orders accurately using a POS systems.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages, ensuring adherence to food safety and handling standards.
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including dining spaces and preparation areas.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring high standards of quality.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Uphold retail math skills to manage transactions effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or food service roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
• Barista experience or coffee knowledge is necessary.
• Understanding of food safety practices and food handling procedures.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
