Part-time Banquet Bartender Position Overview

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

To deliver exceptional beverage service to valued patrons in a professional and courteous manner, aligning with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly read and comprehend all particulars of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and Beverage Daily Assignments
• Efficiently set up and break down all bar supplies for events based on BEO specifications
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards guests, colleagues, and management
• Adhere to established uniform and grooming standards
• Ensure accurate and complete paperwork at the end of each shift
• Promptly communicate any challenges, guest complaints, or requests to supervisors
• OBSERVE ALL SAFETY PROCEDURES DURING THE EXECUTION OF ASSIGNED DUTIES

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

• Past experience as a professional bartender
• Familiarity with common drinks recipes memorized
• Sufficient knowledge of mixology, beverage service, and basic sanitation required
• Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal), and mathematical skills
• Bending and lifting required - up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
