The Auction Moderator Assistant will support live fashion clothing auctions hosted on the Whatnot platform. The assistant will monitor auctions in real time, take notes, identify and report mistakes, and coordinate with the moderator to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, the assistant will enter order details accurately when applicable, helping maintain a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live auctions and track proceedings in real time.
- Take detailed notes on auction activities, including bids and outcomes.
- Identify and report mistakes or discrepancies promptly to the moderator.
- Communicate effectively with the moderator during live sessions.
- Enter order details accurately into the system when required.
- Assist in maintaining auction records and documentation.

🎯 Qualifications
Education & Experience
