About the Role
Welo Data is looking for native-level Assamese speakers to join a remote freelance AI project. As a Translation Validator, you will review English text alongside two machine-generated Assamese translations, select the better translation, and provide a brief justification. You will also evaluate audio files and their transcriptions for quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities
Compare English source text with two Assamese translations.
Evaluate translation accuracy, fluency, and overall quality.
Select the better translation and explain your choice.
Review audio recordings and transcriptions for quality and accuracy.
Follow project guidelines and complete tasks within deadlines.
Requirements
Native-level proficiency in Assamese (written and spoken).
Good English comprehension.
Strong attention to detail.
Translation, linguistics, or language QA experience is preferred.
Familiarity with Romanized Assamese is a plus.
