SK pharmteco is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk I to provide foundational support to the finance team. This entry-level position involves assisting with routine accounts receivable activities, including invoice processing and payment application, while gaining exposure to core accounting processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of customer invoices and account statements under supervision
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather billing information and escalate discrepancies as needed
- Assemble invoicing documentation and ensure required information is included prior to submission
- Record and apply customer payments following established procedures
- Provide support for month-end close activities as assigned
- Assist with basic receivables reporting and data reconciliation
- Provide documentation and support for audits when requested
- Follow company policies, accounting procedures, and compliance requirements
- Identify potential billing issues and escalate to senior team members
- Participate in process improvement efforts and training initiatives
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow direction
- Willingness to learn basic accounting concepts
- 0-1 years of related experience preferred
