Entering high-volume of Accounts Payable invoices with careful attention to detail for correct coding and for selecting the correct operating company. Detailed receipt review, and monitor employee compliance with corporate credit card usage Reconcile corporate credit card activity Review and reconcile variances that may occur due to integration issues. Work closely with and communicate with other members of the accounting team, as well as supervisor, collections specialist & AR specialist Prepares special reports or other projects, as requested. Skills/Qualifications: Self-motivated, high energy individual. Professional who thrives on being in a hands-on role with a strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task, and remain composure. Desired Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent work experience Minimum Work Experience Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting/finance Experience in working with multiple legal entities Experience in coding AP transactions Special Knowledge/Skills and/or Abilities: Ability to multi-task and work in multiple systems simultaneously Self-starter Analyzing information NetSuite experience a plus Compensation / Hours / Benefits Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Minimum Salary based on experience: $26.50 – $31.00/per hour Benefits: Monday- Friday, 8-5 Paid time off  Paid Holidays Paid Birthday off Positive and fun Company Culture Competitive pay 401(k) with match Benefits eligible on 1st of month after hire              Health insurance Dental insurance Disability insurance Life insurance Vision Insurance This is a remote position.
