Accountant at TTF Bookkeeping

We are looking for a Business Accountant to join our team! We are a virtual bookkeeping firm. You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our clients. This is a work-from-home position. Responsibilities • Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports • Develop and analyze monthly reporting for business operations • Perform audits, ensuring adherence to GAAP requirements • Set-up and maintain client accounting schedules • Calculate adjusting journal entries • Complete bookkeeping tasks as needed • Assign and monitor bookkeeping tasks • Maintain project management software • Occasional tax return filing such as sales tax returns, payroll returns, and 1099 reporting Qualifications • Minimum four years of verified accounting experience • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP • Bachelor's degree in accounting • Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools • Detail and deadline-oriented • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong time-management skills; ability to prioritize, and organize • Clear background check • Private home office with reliable internet service • Windows operating system with multiple monitors • Flexible schedule We are looking forward to receiving your application.
