We are seeking a driven and experienced Account Management Specialist to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for a relationship-focused professional who excels at managing client portfolios, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent value. If you have a strong background in account management and are ready to take ownership of meaningful client relationships, we'd love to hear from you.This is not an entry-level position.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for each client.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular check-ins, business reviews, and proactive communication.
- Understand client goals and needs deeply, ensuring they consistently get maximum value from our services.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upsells, renewals, and referrals.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and effectively, turning challenges into opportunities to strengthen the relationship.
- Drive client advocacy by facilitating testimonials, referrals, and online reviews.
- Develop and execute account strategies that improve client retention, satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Track and analyze client feedback and account health metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
- Lead smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across CRM and account management tools.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role, preferably within the staffing or recruiting industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
- High emotional intelligence and resilience.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software.
Schedule: M-F, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm ET (M-F, 9:00 pm - 6:00 am PHT)
