As a key member of our Group (dental and vision) insurance division, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth by providing exceptional service to our providers and insured members. Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: Exceeding standards of customer service through timely, courteous, and diplomatic handling of customer interactions.Answering inbound phone calls and communicating effectively with dental and vision professionals and insured members. Providing website and mobile app navigation support and password resets to customers. Meeting area production standards and Group metrics. Performing other duties as assigned to support business needs. Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent. 0-2 years of related experience in contact center, customer service, dental office, and/or insurance settings.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work overtime when required to support business needs. Demonstrated initiative when assessing situations. Proficient use of computer systems and keyboarding skills. Preferred Qualifications While not required, we prefer candidates with: Contact center, customer service, dental office, and/or insurance experience. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Knowledge of dental and vision benefits.
