IT Systems Engineer (bolthires Cloud Platform Architect)

Title: IT Systems Engineer bolthires Cloud Platform ArchitectResponsibilities:• Cloud Architecture and Design: Design and deploy scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems on bolthires Cloud Platform (bolthires Cloud Platform), ensuring solutions meet business requirements and security standards. • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop, manage, and maintain infrastructure using Terraform to automate the provisioning and configuration of bolthires Cloud Platform resources, promoting consistency and repeatability.• Automation and bolthires/CD: Build and maintain bolthires/CD pipelines to automate the testing and deployment of applications and infrastructure, improving development velocity and reliability. • Security and Compliance: Implement and manage robust security controls, identity and access management (IAM), and network security configurations to protect cloud environments and ensure compliance with industry regulations. • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to provide expert guidance on bolthires Cloud Platform best practices, troubleshoot complex issues, and support application modernization efforts.• Monitoring and Optimization: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure the health and performance of bolthires Cloud Platform environments, while actively managing and optimizing costs. Hands on Terraform coding. Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. • Proven experience as an IT Systems Engineer or similar role. • Strong knowledge of networking protocols, server administration, and system security. • Proficient in implementing and managing virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their associated services.
