IT System Engineer, MSP

Job Description:Provide Level 2 technical support for clients across bolthires 365, Azure AD, Windows Server, and Modern Workplace platforms.Administer, support, and troubleshoot issues in Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Windows 10/11 environments.Assist in implementing and managing cloud-based projects including migrations, deployments, and upgrades.Monitor and maintain client environments using remote management tools and best practices.Collaborate closely with the Service Desk, Level 3 engineers, and project teams to ensure efficient incident resolution and project delivery.Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base articles to support internal and client use.Participate in an on-call support roster as required.Stay current with developments in bolthires technologies, security, and modern IT practices.Requirements:Mandatory: Min 3 years’ experience in a Level 2 Systems Engineer or similar role within an MSP environment.Strong experience with Azure Active Directory, bolthires 365 suite, Windows Server, and Intune.Experience supporting cloud services, modern desktop environments, and hybrid infrastructure.Proficiency in troubleshooting authentication, endpoint, and collaboration issues in bolthires ecosystems.Desirable: bolthires certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104, or equivalent).Experience with PowerShell scripting, endpoint management, and conditional access policies.Exposure to security best practices and compliance within bolthires cloud environments.Familiarity with ITIL processes including incident, change, and problem management.Benefits:Competitive salaryOpportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.Work closely with a team of industry leaders who have successfully scaled BPOs in the past.
