IT Administrator & AI Infrastructure Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly capable and forward-thinking IT Administrator with a strong background in AI-driven infrastructure automation to join our innovative team. Key Responsibilities:• Administer and maintain internal IT systems, including cloud infrastructure, network security, user provisioning, and device management.• Lead implementation and management of IT security best practices, ensuring compliance and uptime. • Design, deploy, and maintain AI-powered automation workflows across infrastructure and business systems. • Automate provisioning, monitoring, backups, and reporting using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or custom AI agents. • Integrate systems such as bolthires 365, GoHighLevel, CRMs, project management tools, and cloud-based platforms. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and increase operational efficiency.• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for speed, security, and reliability. • Maintain detailed documentation for IT processes, infrastructure configuration, and automation flows. Qualifications:• Proven experience as an IT Administrator, DevOps Engineer, or Systems Architect. • Strong expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). • Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.). • Familiarity with AI tools or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Zapier, or custom ML models).• Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell). • Experience integrating enterprise software such as bolthires 365, CRMs, and project management platforms. • Security-first mindset with knowledge of access control, encryption, backups, and incident response. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
