## Role OverviewMercor is hiring seasoned Investment Banking professionals to join an exciting collaboration with a top AI research lab. The role involves contributing to the development and evaluation of advanced AI systems built to mimic real-world investment banking workflows. You'll help train, test, and calibrate AI agents to better assist you with completing your daily workflows. ##Key Responsibilities- Detail Day - To - Day Operations of a Investment Banking professional- Identify useful information in documents used by other financial professionals- Differentiate which types of documents are generally public vs.private- Collaborate with leading AI researchers on your professional experience## Ideal Qualifications- 0 - 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, ideally at top-tier firms such as Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, or similar- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a a related field- Familiarity with the documents used across capital markets, M&A deal cycles, and transaction processes- Excellent analytical and writing skills## Project Timeline- Start Date: Immediate (July 2nd)- Duration: 2 weeks- Commitment: Part-time, Min: 8 hrs/week Max: 40 hrs/week- Schedule: Fully remote and asynchronous - flexible working hours##Compensation & Contract- Hourly Rate: $90–$100/hr (USD), depending on experience- Status: Independent Contractor- Payment: Weekly via Stripe Connect## Application & Onboarding Process1.Submit Resume2.
