Interim Accountant | Remote
Our Vaco team is partnering with a healthcare client in support ofSenior Accountants to support with Joural Entry accounting procedures. These are fully remote opportunities (must be within the continental U.S.). As an interim Accountant, you will be responsible for supporting general ledger activity that manages routine transactions of a large enterprise. Daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to: posting/recording prepared journal entries, collaborating with other GL accounting teams, and ensuring entries have proper documentation/support.The ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar (i.e. Business Administration)• 2+ years of general ledger accounting experience (journals, reconciliations), preferably in a large enterprise (high volume transactions)• Available to start by 10/27 and able to commit to 6 monthsOur consultants have access to our medical/health benefits, 401K options, holiday and bonus opportunities, and more. • This is an interim/contract position, yielding 40 hours/weekFully remoteCandidates must live within the continental US.No C2C or external inquiries.
