Integration Support Analyst
Job Description:• Lead technical troubleshooting efforts for our enterprise integration queue, delivering solutions within demanding SLA timeframes (24-48 hours)• Learn the onboarding process end to end and be the first line of support when onboarding new enterprise accounts• Test new pricing configurations and respond to enterprise questions around configuration issues• Develop and maintain comprehensive monitoring dashboards to track API performance and integration health• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex integration issues and implement scalable solutions• Partner on defect issues to quickly size problems for engineering partners• Write and maintain Python scripts to automate troubleshooting processes and enhance support efficiency• Serve as a technical liaison between clients and internal engineering teams, translating complex issues into clear action itemsRequirements:• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (equivalent experience considered)• 5+ years of technical support experience with enterprise-level integrations• Strong proficiency in Python programming and API interactions• Demonstrated experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, SQL and web services• Experience building and maintaining monitoring dashboards• Strong understanding of API authentication, error handling, and troubleshooting methodologies• Experience working within strict SLA environments• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsBenefits:• Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance• 401k with 4% company match.• Time off: Unlimited PTO, 6 days of paid sick time, plus 6 paid holidays + 1 floating holiday (from the approved holiday list) Apply tot his job
