Informatics Specialist (Nursing Background)

Location:Remote with some travel (15-20%)Department: Client GrowthReports To: Director of Client GrowthFLSA Status: ExemptJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic Informatics Specialist with a nursing degree and clinical experience to. This role combines elements of customer success and data analysis to ensure that healthcare providers effectively utilize informatics solutions. The ideal candidate will enhance user satisfaction, support clinical decision-making, and drive data-driven improvements in patient care.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing, Health Informatics, or related field preferred. • Valid nursing license• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience. • Experience in customer success, client relations, or similar role in the healthcare or technology industry preferred. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and EHR systems. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and driving user satisfaction.• Ability to present information clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences, ensuring concepts are easily understood. • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and HITECH.
