Industry Workflow Consultant (Infrastructure, Transportation, Energy, or Environmental Domains)
OverviewWe’re looking for an experienced industry consultant who has worked in several of the following areas and can help us understand how day-to-day workflows actually operate. You do not need to be an expert in all of them. Experience in at least five is preferred:Water, Energy, Mining, Airport Planning, Bridge Monitoring, City Planning, Dam Monitoring, Electric Distribution Design, Energy Asset Delivery, Rail Construction, Rail Engineering, Road and Bridge Construction, Road and Bridge Engineering, Tower Design/Analytics, Water Network Monitoring.Our goal is to learn how operational and compliance workflows function in these domains, where bottlenecks occur, and how data flows between teams, systems, and regulatory bodies. We’re especially interested in repetitive, structured workflows that require reviewing documents, data, or forms. What you'll help us with:• Explaining how your industry or domain works at a high level• Walking us through specific operational or compliance workflows• Identifying common bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and pain points• Describing the systems, tools, and data formats used• Providing context on regulations, standards, or oversight agencies• Helping us understand how organizations evaluate new toolsIdeal background:• 5+ years of experience in at least five of the listed verticals• Familiarity with regulatory or compliance-driven workflows• Experience with field operations, engineering processes, inspections, or reporting is a plus• Comfortable explaining how work actually gets doneIf you have hands-on experience in any mix of these industries and can clearly explain how things work behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you.Pay: $75.00 - $250.00 per hourExpected hours: 5.0 – 7.0 per weekWork Location:Remote Apply tot his job
