This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in implementing process improvement initiatives. • This position is fully remote• This role is an Individual Contributor positionA day in the life as an Industrial Engineer, Labor Management Systems...• Lead the implementation of a new labor management system from concept to steady state for the Supply Chain Distribution network• Develop and apply Predetermined Motion Time Systems (e.g., MTM, MOST) and conduct detailed time studies to establish accurate and fair Engineered Labor Standards (ELS) for all direct and indirect labor tasks• Conduct regular audits and re-evaluations of existing standards to account for process changes, new equipment, or product modifications• Develop and deliver training programs for supervisors and employees on the principles of labor standards, time studies, and the proper use of the labor management system• Utilize data analysis techniques to provide insights into labor costs, productivity trends, and operational bottlenecksWhat you’ll bring to the table…• Labor Management (MTM or MOST preferred)• Lean Six Sigma methodologies• Distribution Operation knowledge• Ability to travel up to 75%We’d love to hear from you if you have…• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field preferred• 2+ years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environment• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining a labor management system.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsMinimum Starting Rate: $67,900.00 HourlyUp to: $89,950.00 HourlyPay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
