You will be compensated with a competitive salary for your time and effort.   Overview Title: Virtual Care Chaplain Location: (Remote) USD 21.00 Per Hour USD 126.00 Per Shift Employer Est. To work in a Virtual Call Center environment answering calls, texts and messaging from individuals seeking care and/or spiritual conversations and guidance and, with permission, share the life-changing good news of Jesus Christ in a non-threatening manner. This position exclusively has work shifts available from 12am – 6am EST. Each shift is paid at a single rate. CCA provides training and virtual supervision for this position Responsibilities Critical functions: • Demonstrates behavior aligned with CCA’s Mission Statement, Statement ofFaith, and Missionary Mindset• Demonstrate the best practices of CCA Chaplaincy• Answer incoming calls, texts and messaging as they are received during assigned shift• Analyze and appropriately respond to spiritual and physical needs of callers through care, prayer and by sharing the Gospel with permission• Accurately record and report... data during and following each shift Key Areas of Responsibility:· Maintain and adhere to the CCA Standard Operating Procedures· Throughout CCA, promote the importance of consistent evangelism including the responsible sharing of the gospel and with permission, lead the lost to a salvation experience · Strive to build and maintain clear two-way communication and trust throughout CCA · Display and promote a team player attitude with fellow chaplains and managers· Comply with requests and direction from senior CCA leaders · Lead or participate in Biblical devotions, worship and prayer, as needed· Support the ministry of CCA through regular intercessory prayer· If Ordained, able to assist with conducting funeral services, as needed Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other applicable experience: Seminary Student, Active or retired Missionary (international locations allowed, fluent in English), Elders and Deacons, Seasoned Bible Study Group Leaders.· Required technology skills include ability to use a computer and software (such as Word & Excel), Internet, and cell phone.· Customer Service and/or previous telephone and messaging experience in a call center environment, a plus· Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or situations.
