Capital Management Services has an exciting opportunity for Overnight Lost/Stolen Customer Service Positions! We are currently seeking candidates with strong customer service skills to join our growing team of overnight, weekend, and holiday lost/stolen customer service agents. This role involves performing Lost/Stolen Customer Service for a large banking institution.• File Disputes: Customers who call in suspecting fraud on their account must file a dispute for the charges and must have their debit card shut down for safety. • Express Empathy:The agent must maintain an empathetic and professional tone throughout all calls. • Off-Hours Availability:This job is 100% Nights, 100% Weekends, and 100% Holidays. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associates Degree Preferred. • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Excellent communication skills.• Ability to problem solve. Requirements • Background Check Required. • Ability to use WIRED High-Speed Internet Connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps Download / 25 Mbps Upload (No Wifi). • Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 15 or higher) Smartphone. • Either a Smartphone with Unlimited Minutes, or Landline Phone.
