Role DescriptionThis role involves partnering with clients to understand their financial and regulatory reporting requirements across various areas. • Design and implement Workiva solutions to streamline reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. • Execute the full scope of system development lifecycle activities—requirements gathering, solution design, configuration and integration, testing cycles, training, and deployment.• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing best practices, identifying opportunities to enhance delivery, and supporting knowledge development within the team. • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships by proactively addressing issues, managing escalations, and identifying additional opportunities where appropriate. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing technical implementation with effective client engagement. • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.Qualifications• 5+ years of experience in either a reporting focused role (financial or regulatory) or a professional services role delivering reporting solutions to clients. • Strong background in at least one of the following reporting areas: SEC, SEDAR, private company, statutory/regulatory, funds/investment products. • Demonstrated experience in system implementations or process improvements, with the ability to bridge reporting requirements and technical solutions. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven ability to work across finance, compliance, and technology teams.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
