This overnight contract role supports federal government clients using the bank's commercial card platforms, helping them troubleshoot issues, navigate transactions, and resolve complex technical problems. Schedule Notes:• Training for the first 3-6 months will be M-F 8am to 4:30pm CST• Schedule after training: M-F 9:30 pm - 6:00 am CSTsalary: $27.14 - $27.15 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 9:30 PM - 6 AMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities• Provide phone and email support with a focus on positive customer experience, accurate issue resolution, and effective troubleshooting.• Manage and support web-based commercial card platforms for federal government clients. • Handle complex and sensitive client issues with professionalism and clarity. • Troubleshoot technical problems, escalate when necessary, and ensure timely resolution. • Assist government clients with month-end transactions, product support inquiries, web-based platform questions, and Visa-related issues. • Deliver high-quality customer service, maintain documentation, and ensure satisfaction throughout each interaction.• Navigate multiple systems and processes while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and adherence to compliance standards.
