Health Coach Consultant
Job Description:• Utilize a collaborative process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to engage, educate, and promote/influence member decisions related to health. • Facilitate effective health care decision-making. • Improve the quality of care and member satisfaction. • Provide up-to-date health care information to facilitate member understanding of health problems. • Promote healthy lifestyles and awareness of available health and wellness programs. Requirements:• Must have RN licensure in the state of office location.• 3+ years of clinical experience. • Proficient keyboarding skills. • Telephone experience in the nursing field, especially telephone triage, emergency room, and/or urgent care experience. • Self-motivated. • Willing to work every other weekend and 4 Holidays per year. • Able to complete 6 weeks Mon-Fri orientation on a variable daytime schedule. • Broad clinical experience to handle complex issues. • Excellent communication skills.
