Global Associate Benefits Consultant
Your Responsibilities• Support Consultants andSenior Consultants with project work and Global Benefit Management appointments. • Coordinate local renewal activities by maintaining strong client and colleague relationships. • Collaborate on the development of strategic client solutions. • Support projects, coordinating internal teams and managing timelines effectively. • Conduct client status calls to track progress and address open items. • Review and refine client deliverables, offering thoughtful feedback and improvements.• Analyze data and research to support strategic recommendations. • Ensure data accuracy in Lockton’s enabling technology platforms e.g. Navigator• Assist in managing client expectations and deliverables according to agreed scope and identify out-of-scope requests as needed. Qualifications• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant business and/or global benefits experience. • Familiarity with local benefits practices in key global markets and the ability to research additional country-specific practices.• Solid understanding of underwriting principles, pricing factors, cross-border benefit plans, and multinational pooling strategies. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to go beyond transactional tasks. • Proactive in offering innovative solutions to address client challenges. • Proven strengths in organization, time management, communication, and research. • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, evolving environments. • Experience with project management and international benefits programs.• Foreign language proficiency is a plus.
