Job SummaryThe Front-End Transaction Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing communication and coordination with all incoming real estate leads before they go under contract. This position involves guiding prospective buyers through the early stages of the home-buying process, ensuring they are pre-approved, connected with the right lenders, and actively engaged with MLS searches. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to client follow-up to help convert leads into qualified, ready buyers.Responsibilities• Communicate with new leads to gather initial information and understand their buying goals. • Assist clients in obtaining mortgage pre-approvals by coordinating with preferred lenders. • Set up and manage MLS searches based on client preferences and keep them updated on new listings. • Follow up consistently with leads through calls, texts, and emails to maintain engagement. • Track lead activity and progress, ensuring timely responses and follow-up actions. • Coordinate with agents to schedule property tours and relay updates on client interest.• Maintain organized records of all client communications and next steps. • Provide a smooth and informative experience for clients from first contact through pre-contract readiness.
