Ongoing monthly retreats, quarterly conferences, and annual missions exposure. QualificationsEssential: Personal relationship with Jesus Christ/Yeshua as Savior, biblical commitment, musical ability, ministry calling, demonstrated discipleship character, cultural sensitivity, background check clearance.Preferred: Theology/ministry/music background, church leadership experience, cross-cultural understanding, additional languages, community outreach experience.
