Finance Rotational Program (Hybrid) - June 2026
About the positionResponsibilities• Complete 4, 6-month rotations on different teams over the course of the program. • Develop financial and analytical skill sets. • Work directly with leaders across several business units to drive understanding of business performance and trends. • Manage the P&L monthly, including analysis and reporting between key business units. • Support budgeting and long-range planning. • Analyze and optimize over $1 Billion across the distribution and delivery network. • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles specific to each business unit.• Forecast and optimize spending and priorities for technology systems. • Analyze key product trends across internally developed product brands. • Provide customer-level reporting, analysis, and competitive insights. Requirements• Desire to excel and build a career in Finance. • Must be a rising senior, graduating in May 2026, or within the last 1-3 years. • Flexibility. • Analytic horsepower, including the ability to analyze & present findings around complex data. • Ability to shift between detailed data and big-picture thinking.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with Business Unit, Finance partners, andSenior Leadership. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail required. • Strong planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.
