In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our clients with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and delivery of customer training on our HPLC and GC systems.Your main responsibilities will be to: • Respond to customer needs by providing repair, installation, upgrade and preventive maintenance activities • Contact customers in a timely manner and schedules service efficiently • Connect with manager and sales team to understand and meet customer needs and expectations • Maintain Agilent’s customer service reputation by aligning with all corporate policies and procedures • Complete administrative paperwork and computer reports promptly and accurately • Address customer requests for service and communicate proactively before, during and after serviceThis role combines remote work with regular travel to one of Agilent largest clients in Termoli, while also supporting further customers within the surrounding area or out of region.A company car will be provided for your convenience. Qualifications We are looking for an individual with the following background: • University degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or similar. • Practical experience with HPLC and/or GC, gained either through technical support or as an end user of these systems. • Preferred : 1–2 years of experience in liquid and/or gas chromatography within a pharmaceutical environment. • Full proficiency in Italian and good level of English (especially reading & understanding).• A valid driving license. On a personal level, you are proactive, outgoing and customer oriented. You enjoy working both autonomously and as part of a team, to solve various types of problems. You have great communications and interpersonal skills to interact with many internal and external partners.
