Role OverviewWe are searching for a skilled technical leader who is results-oriented and loves fixing complicated problems using cutting-edge technology. The successful candidate is a practitioner of test-driven development, a champion of bolthires/CD, can think outside the box, experiences participating with cross-functional teams, and is passionate about growing first-class-in-class omnichannel handling millions of customers, reducing costs, and improving health outcomes via better relationships with payers, providers, and plans.Key Responsibilities• Lead the design, structure, and implementation of scalable and reliable solutions to enable bolthires Associates to offer compliant and effective control of prescription-based retail operations. • Streamline studies that enable bolthires Associates to offer effective, efficient, and enhanced medical services/immunizations to bolthires customers. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. • Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.• Participate in pair programming and code reviews to ensure high-quality software development. AboutOur TeamOur team works closely with our US stores and eCommerce business to better serve customers by empowering team members, stores, and traders with technological innovation. Focus areas include customers, stores, and employees, in-store services, supplier tools, supplier data science, and search and personalization.Essential QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:• Experience in technical management across all components of SDLC. • Experience in pair programming and test-driven development. • In-depth working knowledge of technologies such as Java or/and.NET, Rest API, Event-driven design, Messaging Technologies (Kafka), Containerization, Kubernetes, NoSQL, and Relational Databases. • In-depth working knowledge of Cloud computing and designing and implementing solutions deployed to Azure or/and bolthires Cloud Platforms.• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving across geographies. Preferred QualificationsWhile not required, the following qualifications are preferred:• Experience with Agile development methodologies. • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes. • Experience with data science and machine learning concepts. • Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
