Providing production services to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry, document processing, scanning, or similar activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks. Receiving documents from both electronic and hard copy form for processing, and identifying any gaps in required information to ensure seamless processing.Processing documents by following internal processes, and creating a database of information to support business operations. Following up with customers for additional information or documentation as needed, providing great customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Identifying documents and their purpose, and maintaining accurate records to support business operations. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: A High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education, demonstrating a strong foundation in basic skills and knowledge.Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test, demonstrating a commitment to integrity and responsibility. A minimum typing speed of 30 WPM (words per minute) on a computer, ensuring efficient data entry and processing. Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.Great attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
