About the Role As a Remote Customer Technical Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues with our digital solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to provide live and non-live support, utilizing your analytical and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues. You'll work closely with our development teams to identify and escalate issues requiring further software development, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Key Responsibilities • Provide live and non-live support for a variety of digital solutions offered by blithequark, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues. • Utilize administrative tools to analyze technical issues reported by customers, identifying root causes and implementing solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues related to system requirements of blithequark's digital solutions, escalating complex issues to the relevant teams. • Identify and communicate customer feature requests to the relevant teams, fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity. • Detail customer interactions accurately using a ticketing system, maintaining a high level of documentation and record-keeping. • Provide clear and accurate written and verbal directions to customers and partners, ensuring seamless communication and understanding. Requirements • High school graduate or equivalent. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, demonstrating strong collaboration and communication skills. • Organized self-starter with high attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. • Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office suite; understanding of Apple operating systems is preferred. • Understanding of major browsers and mobile devices, including iOS and Android. • Analytical and critical thinking skills for troubleshooting computer-related problems, with a focus on creative problem-solving. • Proficiency in keyboarding, with a minimum of 40 words per minute. • Maintain technical and product knowledge vital for the job, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the industry. Nice-to-Haves • Technical degree or certification(s) in a relevant field, such as computer science or information technology. • Technical support experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment. • Networking knowledge, including network protocols and architecture. • Call center experience, with a focus on customer service and support.
