Key Responsibilities: Prepare, plan, and execute travel sales, including airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets/events, and activities Process payments on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Provide all necessary documents to clients before and after travel, ensuring a seamless experience Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors, staying up-to-date on industry developments and policies Collaborate with colleagues in a group/team setting, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success Complete required certification within a timely manner, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development Participate in ongoing training with blithequark and travel partners, enhancing your skills and expertise in the travel industry EssentialQualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements: Be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States Have a smartphone and/or computer with reliable internet access, enabling you to work efficiently and effectively in a remote setting Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, vendors, and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to accuracy and detail Have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the
