Job Summary We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our overnight, weekend, and holiday lost/stolen customer service team. As an Overnight Weekend Holiday Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing empathetic and professional support to customers who have experienced potential bank account fraud. Your primary goal will be to resolve disputes, shut down debit cards for safety, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
