TheRole:Your Impact at WorkwarpAs the sole marketer, you will have the unique chance to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that addresses key customer challenges and capitalizes on market opportunities.Your efforts will be crucial in communicating Workwarp's value proposition effectively to the IT and telecoms sectors. Key Responsibilities: Driving Marketing Excellence• Research & Analysis:• Conduct in-depth audience and competitor research to inform marketing strategies. • Collaborate with internal teams to define customer personas and develop targeted messaging.• Perform ongoing keyword research to identify new opportunities. • Stay updated on competitors and industry news to maintain a competitive edge. • Content & Campaigns:• Create and proofread high-quality B2B content across various channels, including blog posts, social media, and email campaigns. • Manage and maintain the company's social media presence and content calendar. • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies and paid media campaigns. • Update and maintain the company website, with experience in Webflow or similar CMS being advantageous.• Design, edit, and optimize marketing materials to support sales enablement. • Collaborate with external suppliers on projects such as design and video production. • Product Marketing Support:• Draft customer announcements and email updates for new product feature releases. • Work closely with the product team to ensure help articles and documentation are customer-friendly and highlight the benefits and ease of use. • Assist in creating product-focused marketing materials, including product videos and customer onboarding content.• Events & PR:• Identify and manage opportunities for exhibitions, conferences, and awards. • Lead the planning, execution, and pre/post-event marketing activities. • Source advertising opportunities with media partners. • Provide regular editorial content to trade and media publications. • Performance & Analytics:• Track and report on campaign performance, analyzing key metrics to inform future strategies. • Ensure marketing activities are aligned with allocated budgets. • Continuously optimize future campaigns based on past performance data.Your Skills andExperience:The Ideal CandidateTo succeed in this role, you should possess:• 1-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology sectors. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into customer-friendly content. • Knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and Content Management Systems (CMS). • A basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media management principles. • Strong content creation skills, including writing and basic design capabilities.• The ability to analyze data and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. • A self-motivated and creative approach, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. While experience in B2B SaaS or telecoms/IT sectors is advantageous, it's not essential. We're looking for a passionate and results-driven marketing professional who is eager to learn and grow with Workwarp.
