Experienced Full Stack Senior Accountant – Financial Reporting & Analysis

About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled and experiencedSenior Accountant to lead our financial reporting and analysis efforts. As a key member of our accounting team, you will work closely with ourSenior Bookkeeping Supervisor to drive process improvements, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide strategic insights to inform business decisions.This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility and autonomy to work from anywhere. Key Responsibilities* Plan and prepare journal entries and monthly account reconciliations for specific areas of the general ledger* Own the monthly close cycle for ourselves and external entities for assigned functional areas* Ensure financial records are maintained for Management and GAAP Combined financial statements using accepted methodologies* Assist in providing expectations to external auditors on annual reviews and quarterly surveys* Collaborate with FP&A, functional partners, and external stakeholders on significant accounting matters* Conduct special investigations and projects to further our cycle improvement initiativesWhy You'll Love Working at blithequarkWe're a company that values innovation, entrepreneurship, and collaboration.We believe that everyone has a unique perspective and contribution to make, and we're committed to creating an inclusive and supportive work environment.
