Key Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for: Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Providing timely and accurate updates on cargo shipments, ensuring seamless communication and resolving issues promptly. Working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and concerns, leveraging problem-solving skills and industry knowledge. Maintaining a thorough understanding of cargo operations, including handling procedures, regulations, and industry standards. Developing and maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively promote blithequark's cargo services and solutions. Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Lifting instruments, supplies, or items weighing up to 50 pounds, and wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. A valid driver's license. Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse customers and stakeholders. A strong commitment to safety and security, adhering to company policies and procedures. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Previous experience in cargo handling, logistics, or a related field. Strong typing and computer skills, with proficiency in specialized software applications. Experience working in a customer-facing environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
