We're seeking an experienced Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our Recruiting and People Analytics team, working remotely from home (WFH) in Utah, USA. Job Summary As an Entry-Level Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in helping us make data-driven decisions to optimize our hiring processes, improve our applicant tracking system, and enhance our overall recruiting strategy.You'll work closely with our engineering teams to design, build, and maintain data models, collect and analyze data, and present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
