About the RoleAs an Experienced Data Analytics Manager – Web & Cloud Application Development at blithequark, you will be part of ourAdvanced Innovation team, which is responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions to drive business growth and improve customer experience.Your primary responsibilities will include:* Leading and managing a team of data analysts and engineers to develop and maintain data-driven solutions for our web and cloud applications* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and IT teams* Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions* Developing and maintaining data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders* Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness* Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and software developmentKey Responsibilities* Lead and manage a team of data analysts and engineers to develop and maintain data-driven solutions for our web and cloud applications* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and IT teams* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions* Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness* Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and software developmentEssential Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as software engineering, mathematics, statistics, finance, or computer science* 4+ years of experience as a data analyst, business intelligence engineer, or a related quantitative role* 1+ year of experience as a manager and at least 2 years of experience in a Fortune 500 organization* Experience developing presentations for senior leaders and stakeholders at a MD and VP level* Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to communicate a vision, motivate a team, and achieve results* Master-level BI dashboarding experience, including PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, or other similar tools* Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large data sets* Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to use data to solve complex problems* Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects with a focus on resultsPreferred Qualifications* Graduate degree in a quantitative field* Certifications, such as bolthires Data AnalyticsProfessional Declaration, Power BI Data Analyst Partner, AWS Certified Data Analyst, or other similar certifications* Experience with DataDog, AppD, Kibana, or other similar tools* Experience with enterprise monitoring systems, such as Palantir, bolthires SQL Server Management Studio, or other similar tools* Experience with AWS - Redshift, Quicksight, bolthires, or other similar tools* Experience with BigQuery, Quantum Measurements, Akamai, or other similar tools* Experience with text analysis and AI* Data visualization experience* Familiarity with Python, Flash, R, or other programming languages* Experience with continuous integration and delivery using Spry techniquesWhat We Offer* Competitive salary and benefits package* Opportunity to work with a leading global airline and contribute to the development of innovative technology solutions* Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a diverse team of professionals* Professional development opportunities, including training and education programs* Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the organizationIf you are a motivated and experienced data analytics professional who is passionate about innovation and making a meaningful impact in the aviation industry, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Please submit your resume and cover letter to [wfhquest.com/job/360511]( We look forward to hearing from you!
