Key Responsibilities As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Processing multiple daily order entry and billing transactions with an extremely high level of detail and accuracy Resolving issues and maintaining customer accounts to ensure exceptional client experiences Communicating directly with the sales force, internal departments, and clients to resolve issues related to orders, billings, accounts receivable, and returns Providing exceptional customer service, including assessing customer needs, meeting quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction Working collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives and drive success Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: Experience working with an ERP system (Oracle) and proficiency in MS Office Excel and Outlook A high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred A valid driver's license and a good driving record 2+ years of customer or account management experience Demonstrated knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, customer service, follow-up, and phone skills Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Knowledge of the medical implant industry and hospital customer base Experience working in a hybrid environment Ability to work beyond standard hours, as needed to support business needs Strong data entry and report generation skills Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to assess customer needs and provide solutions Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with our team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to resolve issues and make sound decisions Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to helping you grow and develop in your career.
