Experienced Customer Support Associate – Veterinary Community Engagement and Platform Support

The Support Associate RoleAs a Support Associate, you will be the face of blithequark, engaging with our community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos.Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our users, ensuring a positive and delightful day-to-day experience on our platform. You will work collaboratively with our team to troubleshoot issues, provide proactive account management, and help evolve our platform to meet the needs of our users.
