The Role As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional service to our German-speaking customers via email, WhatsApp, live chat, and phone. You'll be responsible for resolving customer issues, communicating with colleagues on Slack for support, and completing associated admin duties. You'll also attend company and team meetings, share feedback with colleagues, and spend time with your manager evaluating your performance and working on growth opportunities within your role.
