Job Summary As an Experienced Customer Success Manager – Practice Operations and Workflow Optimization, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clinicians, ensuring they receive the support and resources they need to thrive. Your expertise in practice operations, revenue cycle management, and electronic health record systems will be invaluable in optimizing workflows and streamlining our services.
