Job SummaryAs a Customer Service Representative Team Lead, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives who provide exceptional service to our customers.You'll work closely with our Care Coordination team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible care and support. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Primary Responsibilities* Lead a team of customer service representatives to provide exceptional service to our customers* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner* Research and provide referrals to providers/agencies in Salt Lake County to Medicaid eligible consumers* Utilize a computer database to verify Medicaid eligibility* Offer additional information such as phone numbers or addresses to individuals who have contacted the wrong organization* Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned to support the Care Coordination team* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer service and team productivity* Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordinationRequired Qualifications* High School Diploma / GED* Must be 18 years of age or older* 2+ years of customer service experience working in the insurance, medical, behavioral health, or financial technology industry* Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications* Ability to work full-time, Sunday – Saturday; 8:00am - 11:00pm EST (October - March) and Monday – Friday 8:00am – 11:00pm EST (April – September), including the flexibility to work occasional overtime given the business needPreferred Qualifications* Familiarity working with financial health technology* Experience leading a team of customer service representatives* Strong knowledge of Medicaid benefit plans and services available in Salt Lake CountySoft Skills* Strong organizational skills* Ability to understand multiple services and multiple benefit plans for Medicaid* Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsTelecommuting Requirements* Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)* Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy* Must live in a location that can receive a blithequark-approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet serviceCompensation and Benefits* Competitive hourly rate: $19.47 to $38.08 per hour (based on local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.)* Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance* Incentive and recognition programs* Equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (subject to eligibility requirements)* Opportunity for career growth and developmentIf you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Please through our website at [careers.blithequark.com]( We look forward to hearing from you!
